4. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, approved content, images, brand assets, access credentials, hosting/domain details, payment information, and timely feedback required for project execution.
- Content, images, trademarks, logos, and business information provided by the client must be lawful and authorized for use.
- Delays in approvals, content, access, or feedback may affect project timelines.

5. Payments and invoices

After full payment for the agreed project scope, the client may use the delivered website or application for their business purpose. Pre-existing code, reusable components, frameworks, libraries, internal tools, templates, methods, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licenses.
9. Maintenance and support
Support, updates, backups, security maintenance, content changes, hosting support, SEO work, digital marketing, and new features are provided only as per the agreed package, support plan, or separate quotation. Websites and applications may require ongoing maintenance to remain updated and secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NSP Multiserve LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from website use, third-party services, hosting downtime, cyber incidents, client-side changes, delayed approvals, incorrect client-provided information, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
